- You lead operations and exercises of the Furka Base Tunnel intervention and ensure the operational readiness of the intervention team according to the approved concepts (operational, rescue, and intervention concepts)
- You support operational planning and coordinate the further training of employees, prioritize tasks, and conduct quality controls
- You conduct briefings for operations and shifts and monitor the achievement of shift goals
- Handling disruptions and incidents is also part of the tasks, as well as the careful investigation of causes and analysis of the effects of irregularities, disruptions, and accidents.
- You and the intervention team assist with car loading at Furka on peak days, provide on-call service, and participate in various projects
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence
- Medical fitness including respiratory protection for fire service
- Willingness to complete training for category A locomotives
- High personal responsibility, team player, role model, leadership qualities
- Leadership experience in the fire service
- Flexibility and willingness for irregular working hours as well as on-call duty
