What you will achieve:

Technical conception, implementation, and monitoring of campaigns as well as all communication measures in BSI CRM & CX
Ensuring data quality, target group selection, and monitoring of processes to comply with quality standards
Cross-departmental support as first-level contact for CRM and CX topics as well as active management and representation of our professional interests in projects between IT and sales
Creation, maintenance, and analysis of dashboards for success measurement and reporting of campaigns

Why you will succeed:

In addition to a successfully completed university degree with a business or technical focus or a comparable further education, you bring
You have several years of experience in CRM and CRM automation from a technical perspective (focus on technical implementation), ideally with knowledge of BSI CRM and BSI CX
You convince with your strong conceptual skills, combined with sales know-how as well as market- and customer-oriented thinking
Your high implementation strength and your intrinsic motivation to take up topics and implement them operationally complete your profile
You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language is a plus
