The Finance and IT Department provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, purchasing and assets, as well as IT services.
Mission:
- Ensure the coordination of financial accounting and prepare the annual financial statements
- Prepare VAT returns, corporate tax declarations, and check federal, cantonal, and municipal tax assessments and tax statements
- Analyze balance sheet account balances, regularize open items, and perform various analyses for financial accounting
- Coordinate quarterly and annual closings, and ensure regular reconciliation of items in general accounting
- Manage efficiency gain and standardization projects within the group
- Act as Key User in improving the accounting module of the ERP (Dynamic 365)
Profile:
- Commercial employee CFC completed by a specialist diploma in finance and accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Perfect mastery of Swiss accounting rules, complemented by knowledge of the Swiss GAAP RPC framework and Swiss tax standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and ERPs such as SAP/Microsoft Dynamics.
