About the job
Your daily missionsJoin us within the Non-Financial Risks department, attached to the Group Risks Directorate of Société Générale, to work at the heart of a brand new department dedicated to data-related risks.
This new role was created to address a major strategic challenge for the group: mastering the risks associated with the quality, reliability, and use of data, in a context of accelerated transformation and the rise of data and AI technologies.
Our mission is to:
ensure the reliability of the group's production and reporting processes,
strengthen and structure the governance associated with data,
independently evaluate and validate the group's data management strategy,
guarantee that the data used by the group is controlled, reliable, consistent, and compliant with regulatory expectations.
It is important to specify that this is not an IT role: Data-related risks are thus approached like any other non-financial risk: with a structured, independent, analytical approach focused on compliance, operational efficiency, and overall robustness of the system. It is rather a coordination and strategic management function.
As such, and in collaboration with your mentor (or tutor) who will provide your training, you will be led to:
- Normative management:
- Analyze the Data regulatory framework to verify regulatory compliance and alignment with best practices, contribute to the design and updating of methodologies.

- Management:
