Your main tasks will be the following:
- Provide occupational psychology services to our client companies;
- Develop intervention strategies according to identified needs;
- Prepare quotes in coordination with the co-manager and the client referent;
- Write reports and present them;
- Participate in the development of training content adapted to different audiences and various training methods;
- Conduct training sessions and awareness workshops;
- Participate in the development of the department and unit projects.
Your strengths:
- Master's degree in occupational psychology or psychology;
- Very good scientific knowledge in occupational health and psychosocial risk prevention;
- Proficiency in common computer tools, knowledge of data analysis software is desirable;
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written; knowledge of English and/or German is an asset;
- Good analytical and synthesis skills;
- Ease in working as part of a team.
