As part of the operation of our medical imaging center, we are looking for a Site Secretary Manager capable of combining operational excellence and close leadership. A true pillar of the organization, you ensure the performance of the secretariat while uniting your team around impeccable patient reception and a high level of service quality.
As a hands-on manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of the center's secretariat, both organizationally and managerially. You work closely with the radiologist manager and the TRM manager of the site to ensure smooth patient care and optimal coordination of activities.
Animate, mobilize and unite the secretarial team around the center's objectives
Establish a clear, caring, and demanding work framework
Organize team meetings, ensure smooth communication, and manage sensitive or conflict situations
Plan resources (schedules, leave, replacements) and guarantee continuity of service
Participate in recruitment, ensure integration and support skills development
Set objectives, conduct annual interviews, and provide regular and constructive feedback
Organize and supervise the daily work of the secretariat
Monitor key indicators (telephone response rate, delays, patient satisfaction, schedule filling)
Identify dysfunctions and implement corrective actions
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
Ensure a professional, personalized, and caring reception
Manage delicate situations and patient complaints
Optimize appointment scheduling and coordination with medical teams.
Control the quality of patient files and administrative follow-up
Supervise billing and processing of specific files (accidents, insurance)
Ensure proper use of business software and compliance with procedures.
Organize the team's participation in the group Call Center
Collaborate closely with the center managers
Contribute to the daily management of the site (organization, logistics, work environment).
Medical secretary diploma or equivalent training
Commercial employee CFC accepted
Management training: an asset.
Minimum 5 years in medical secretariat, ideally in radiology
Proven experience in team management or demonstrated strong managerial potential.
