What are your tasks?
The career program for Sales & Marketing is an individual program and prepares you for a diverse career with us. You start with us as a Sales Manager (m/f/d) within the Trier, Kaiserslautern, Saarbrücken & Koblenz region, getting to know our core business – sales – firsthand:- You are on the road five days a week to inspire your own customers.
- You meet them at their respective places of work - whether on construction sites, in workshops, or offices.
- You independently manage the operational and strategic management of your sales area.
- Classic cold calling does not exist with us: One of your core tasks is to take care of your existing regional customer base and to intensively maintain and deepen our partnership relationships.
What you bring:
- You have a very well completed bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on business or marketing
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience abroad or completed a semester abroad
- You are eager to work intensively on your strengths with your mentor through coaching and to continuously develop yourself
- For your next career step, you bring willingness to relocate nationwide in Germany
- You have a high degree of self-motivation, result orientation, good self- and time management, as well as pronounced communication skills in German and English
