Job Description
- Ensure quality reception and care of patients
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare consultations
- Write and correct letters
- Enter medical reports
- File records and documents
- Digitize files
- Manage archives
- Presence is ensured on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Qualifications
- Medical secretary diploma
- With experience, ideally in an orthopedic office or a surgeon's office
- English
- Perfect command of computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent writing skills and knowledge of spelling, medical terminology
- Knowledge of the Medionline program is a plus
- Versatility, organization, and autonomy in task execution
- Dynamism, responsiveness, proactivity, and speed of execution
- Good interpersonal skills
- Very good stress management and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility
- Excellent presentation
