Do you enjoy getting continuing education offerings up and running organizationally and administratively? Do you like working at the interface between those responsible for offerings, lecturers, and internal departments and want to actively contribute to and shape collaboration in a newly emerging team?
Department: Health
Start of work: From July 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Administrative and organizational tasks in the planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of continuing education offerings – independently as well as in collaboration with the responsible parties. This includes in particular the following activities:
- Data planning for continuing education offerings
- Creation of timetables
- Room organization
- Lecturer management
- Creation and management of Moodle courses
- Creation of documents such as lesson plans, module manuals, guidelines, and certificates of achievement
- Organization of the evaluation process of continuing education offerings
- Collaboration with internal service units and other involved departments to ensure smooth organizational and administrative processes
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience – ideally in the education, university, or continuing education environment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and openness to new IT solutions
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, good English skills are an advantage
- Structured, self-organized, and forward-looking working style with a high service orientation
- Cooperative and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of teamwork and further development of organizational processes
- Organizational talent and enjoyment in coordinating lecturers and courses
