• Supporting and promoting our trainees and interns is part of your task
• You document observations and changes using our digital tools
• You are committed to the further development of Thurvita in internal working groups

• EFZ recognized in Switzerland as a Health Specialist or equivalent training with SRK recognition
• As an independent team player, you contribute your skills and expertise
• You find it easy to get in touch with residents and maintain relationships
• You perform medical-technical tasks reliably and skillfully
• You communicate confidently and professionally in the German language
• You handle hectic, challenging, and complex situations calmly and thoughtfully
• You convince with high social competence: you meet our residents, colleagues, and all contacts with empathy, respect, and appreciation
