- Independent preparation and cooking of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
- Supervision of food distribution and participation in "Front Cooking"
- Plan, prepare, and cook food for special evening events (Flying Dinners, Dinners, Apéros)
- Preparation of production for the following day
- Proper receipt, storage, and documentation of goods, operating and cleaning materials
- Completed training as a Cook EFZ
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written; ideally, you also speak English

The SV Group is a leading gastronomy and hotel management group based in Dübendorf near Zurich. In the lecturers' foyer in the main building of ETH Zurich, our host team with 9 employees spoils around 300 guests daily. The attractive offer consists of three daily changing menus. The Chef's World is skillfully prepared by our employee. The menus "Favorite" and the vegetarian menu "Vitality" can be found at the Free Choice Buffets. Additionally, guests are offered a seasonal salad buffet. The gastronomy also includes a serviced restaurant area and a coffee lounge with a cozy atmosphere. In the evening, the lecturers' foyer is a popular place for numerous events. National and international events as well as apéros and banquets for up to 200 people take place here.
You work from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, depending on the duty roster. For occasional evening events or weekend events, you are flexibly available.
