Court Clerk 100%
with the following responsibilities:
- Work for a department or a single judge at the court
- Preparation of court hearings and participation in them
- Assistance in judicial decision-making with an advisory vote
- Justification and drafting of judgments, orders, and rulings
- Correspondence with the parties and their representatives
- Providing legal information
- Training of auditors
We expect from you:
- Completed studies in law (Master's degree)
- At least one year of legal work experience after graduation, preferably at a court, in public administration, or in a law firm
- Flawless oral and written German skills as well as a good writing style
- Efficient and careful working method
- High commitment and resilience
- Swiss citizenship (legal requirement)
