The Bülach District Court currently employs around 90 staff and offers a centrally located workplace in close proximity to the train station in Bülach.

Court Clerk 100%

with the following responsibilities:

• Work for a department or a single judge at the court
• Preparation of court hearings and participation in them
• Assistance in judicial decision-making with an advisory vote
• Justification and drafting of judgments, orders, and rulings
• Correspondence with the parties and their representatives
• Providing legal information
• Training of auditors

We expect from you:

• Completed studies in law (Master's degree)
• At least one year of legal work experience after graduation, preferably at a court, in public administration, or in a law firm
• Flawless oral and written German skills as well as a good writing style
• Efficient and careful working method
• High commitment and resilience
• Swiss citizenship (legal requirement)
