CFO / CIO (Member of the Executive Board)

• Overall responsibility for the group’s finances including budgeting, controlling, liquidity, reporting and risk management
• Further development of the IT landscape and management of the ERP implementation
• Optimization and digitization of central processes along the value chain
• Sparring partner for owners, executive management and board of directors on financial and digital topics as well as leading a small team
• Ensuring compliance with financial, legal and data protection requirements
• Combining strategic leadership and operational implementation

Your profile – competent & structured

• Business administration education with a focus on finance/controlling or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in finance and IT, ideally in an SME or industrial environment
• Sound knowledge of IT architectures, process digitization as well as project experience in ERP implementations
• Integrative leadership personality with high reliability, clear communication and professional appearance
• Strong analytical skills, very careful and structured working style, entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
