We carry them out according to the highest quality standards.​<br/><br/>Your tasks:<br/><br/>* Independently perform inspection tasks<br/>* Manage maintenance and servicing activities<br/>* Handle various requests and minor repairs<br/>* Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets<br/>* Monitor and accompany work carried out by contracted companies<br/>* Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors<br/>* Manage small repair projects<br/>* Participate in on-call service (every 6 to 8 weeks)<br/><br/><br/>Your profile:<br/><br/>* Electrician installer CFC or equivalent qualification<br/>* Several years of team experience, communication, sense of service and of l200 collaborators create living spaces throughout Switzerland, where more flourish every day.
