What you can achieve with us
Our residential school combines a class for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum with a supervised residential group during school weeks and additionally offers individual relief service weekends. Together with the social pedagogical team, you accompany the young people individually in everyday life, promote their independence, and provide targeted support.
What you bring with you
We are looking for a team-oriented, motivated, and empathetic personality with the appropriate training (social pedagogy or care specialist); if possible with experience in dealing with people on the autism spectrum and with challenging behaviors. You are characterized by an independent and reliable way of working and are physically and mentally resilient. You are also willing to reflect on your behavior and develop further. Good oral and written communication skills and willingness to work irregular hours complete your profile.

We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Adolescents Zollikofen - a private, politically and denominationally neutral organization with a non-profit purpose. Our task is to support and accompany people with special needs from birth to young adulthood.
We offer additional services to parents, teachers of public schools and special schools, as well as professionals. Our core competencies lie in the support and accompaniment of young people with visual impairment, blindness, multiple disabilities, or from the autism spectrum.
