Polymechanic – Mechanical & Electrical Assembly
Activities
- Mechanical and electrical installation of systems and machines in-house for customer acceptance
- Documenting work and settings on the devices
- Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical components as well as systems
- Maintenance, repair and service work on various equipment
- Performing light drilling, turning and milling work
- Assisting with internal commissioning, testing and customer acceptance
- Updating documentation (schematics, PLC, etc.) with changes and additions
Requirements
- Basic technical training EFZ (polymechanic, electrician, automation technician, electromechanic)
- Knowledge in mechanics, electricity and pneumatics
- Experience in reading and interpreting manufacturing documents (drawings, parts lists, schematics and P&ID)
- Professional experience in a similar environment in mechanical and plant engineering desired
- Fluent German skills, English communication skills are an advantage
- Flexibility and high commitment with very independent working style
- Strong quality awareness and ability to work in a team
