Tasks
In Inflight Service Development, new service concepts and onboard products for SWISS are developed and implemented. The team edits crew instructions and information, optimizes service concepts and processes on board, and continuously reviews all service-related topics.
In this internship, you will support the Inflight Service Development department in Zurich in the following areas:
- Assisting in the management and monitoring of our product-related lifecycle projects
- Developing and providing internal and external product- and service-related instructions for cabin crew
- Coordinating product-related events for internal and external stakeholders (presentation and introduction of new products)
- Assisting in organizing and conducting internal and external workshops
- Ensuring internal communication at interfaces and serving as a contact point for product-specific questions
- Evaluating crew reports, accompanying and evaluating test flights and wet lease audits, benchmarking
- Supporting and actively participating in sustainability projects

Requirements
- Basic education / schools: high school graduate or graduate of a technical, commercial, or business school, a grammar school, or a 3-year apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written), French is an advantage
- Good Windows user skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- First project experience is an advantage
- Interest in the service and hospitality industry
