What you achieve
- Responsible for about 6 employees, personnel, technical and organizational
- Responsible for service management and customer support in the Security area (VSS / ZKS / EMS)
- Ensuring resource management for project and service execution
- Responsible for sales and earnings figures in your area of operation
- Planning deployments for system acceptance, on-call and installation assignments
- Ensuring representation for our Technical HelpDesk during absences or for support
- Taking over representation within the Security department
- Executing projects
- Ensuring quality standards (conducting internal audits) and customer satisfaction
What you bring
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or automation technician EFZ
- Completed higher professional education (e.g. HF/NDS)
- First leadership experience is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (CRM/PS)
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written
- Good English skills and French skills are an advantage
- Organizational skills
- Flexible, independent, solution-oriented and reliable personality
- Independent working style as well as high personal responsibility
- Driver's license category B
- Strong customer and service orientation
