In Bern, the Meiringen Private Clinic operates an outpatient clinic that serves the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up care of former inpatients, as well as the evaluation and treatment of referred patients. All psychiatric disorders are treated; however, due to the preceding inpatient stay, mainly patients with depression and anxiety disorders, anxiety and trauma-related disorders, ADHD, as well as stress-related disorders and addiction diseases are treated.
Your tasks
<ul><li>Psychotherapeutic treatment of outpatient patients – independently or in collaboration with doctors, depending on the need</li><li>Conducting psychological assessments, diagnoses, and crisis interventions</li><li>Planning, conducting, evaluating, and concluding psychotherapeutic treatments</li><li>Application of trauma therapeutic methods (e.g., EMDR or trauma-focused methods)</li><li>Collaboration in psycholytic therapies with Spravato (Esketamine) including preparation, accompaniment, and follow-up</li><li>Close exchange with referrers, institutions, and interdisciplinary teams</li><li>Supervision and support of assistant doctors and psychological staff</li><li>Active participation in shaping and further developing therapeutic offerings</li></ul>
Your profile
<ul><li>Completed university degree in psychology with a federally (or FSP-) recognized specialist title as a psychotherapist or advanced training</li><li>Several years of outpatient and/or inpatient experience in clinical-diagnostic and psychotherapeutic work with a broad spectrum of mental disorders</li><li>In-depth expertise and practical experience in trauma therapy</li><li>Interest and willingness to accompany psycholytic and blended therapy</li><li>Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills for therapy conversations are an advantage</li><li>Independent, committed, friendly, and collegial personality with high resilience, sense of responsibility, and good communication skills</li><li>Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork</li></ul>
