WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
Your mission
You actively drive the growth of adesso's health business in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
In doing so, you use your solid expertise in healthcare as well as your established network to identify new business opportunities, win decision-makers, and position adesso as a trusted partner for digital transformation and IT solutions in the healthcare market.
You understand the market challenges as well as the specific needs of your customers and translate these into concrete, value-adding consulting and technology solutions.
Your tasks
- Identification and development of new business opportunities in the Swiss healthcare market
- Building and expanding a sustainable network of customers and strategic partners
- Support and strategic further development of key customers in the healthcare sector
- Management of the entire sales cycle – from acquisition to successful closing
- Positioning and sales of consulting services, integration, and software solutions according to customer needs
- Analysis of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activities at management and C-level
- Participation in proposals, pitches, and strategic customer discussions
- Close collaboration with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams for sustainable market development
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in business development, consulting, or solution sales in the Swiss healthcare / eHealth market
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system, its players, and regulatory framework conditions
- Proven success in acquiring and developing IT and transformation projects in the healthcare sector
- Established network in the Swiss healthcare market
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking as well as the ability to identify, structure, and close opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at management and C-level
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and result-oriented working style combined with high initiative
- Fluent German and/or English skills (French is a plus)
