• Answer customer questions about the barto platform and its modules, by phone and email.
• Supervise the distribution partners "LANDI Barto Competence Center" in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Support new customers in their first steps on the platform ("Onboarding").
• Support the creation of marketing campaigns and represent Barto AG at fairs and events.
• Participate in platform development projects, product management.
• Check French texts on the platform and in commercial documents.

• You are a person of action and enjoy contact with platform users.
• You are reliable, flexible, and autonomous.
• You have a master farmer diploma, an agricultural technician diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
• French is your native language and you speak German fluently.
• You live in French-speaking Switzerland.
