Your Tasks

• Management of the nursing service ensuring the care of residents (m/f/d) based on the care concept, the care contract, on the basis of legal requirements and contractual agreements with the cost bearer
• Participation in personnel selection and the hiring process as well as ensuring further training and other support and disciplinary measures for employees
• Creation and securing of duty rosters, conducting employee interviews

Your Profile

• A completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Successfully completed further training as nursing service management (m/f/d) or a degree in nursing management
• Driver's license class B
• Experience in managing a nursing service
• Good IT skills
