Your new jobWe consistently develop our customer and sales landscape. For this, we are looking for an experienced colleague who not only accompanies CRM and sales process optimizations but leads, structures, and successfully implements them.
- Responsibility for strategically relevant projects at the interface between business, sales, and IT
- Leadership of CRM and sales automation initiatives with cross-departmental impact
- Further development of our customer lifecycle logics and sales-supporting processes
- Integration of new functionalities into existing system landscapes
- Management of stakeholders at the management level
- Ensuring governance, transparency, and sustainable implementation

- Proven success in the introduction or further development of CRM platforms or sales automation solutions
- Strong change management skills, ideally in regulated environments
