About the job
Your Tasks
You are an important link between our patients and the treating doctors. You independently perform blood draws, wound checks, and suture removals on the orders of the doctors. Updating the electronic medical record is also part of your duties, as well as assisting patients in filling out the necessary forms. You are responsible for the supply of materials and ordering for the consultation rooms and waiting areas. You organize internal and external patient transports. You monitor our patients who are transported lying down. In the front office, you handle various administrative tasks related to outpatient consultations.
Your Profile
For these versatile tasks, you have completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist. You have a quick grasp and are resilient even in hectic situations. You are a service-oriented and flexible person, accustomed to working reliably, efficiently, and independently. You have good IT user skills and gladly support your team colleagues with further administrative activities.
