- Setting up and operating the transfer machines (machining) including parts feed and discharge with image recognition and robot
- Series releases and in-process inspections including SAP inspection planning
- Measuring the parts and adhering to quality specifications
- Optimizing programs and runtimes
- Preparation of operating resources as well as accompanying initial setups and tool trials
- Operating the MDE data acquisition
- Performing / assisting with maintenance and repair work
- Active participation in the KVP process
Your profile
- Basic training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or machining specialist
- Several years of experience in metal machining
- Experience in setting up CNC-controlled machining machines
- Logical, systematic and structured way of working
- Very good German skills
- Willingness to work shifts (2-shift) is essential
