Your activities at a glance:
In this role, you work for the Officer for Political Communication and Public Relations and support her in the preparation and implementation of events.
- Planning, organizing, and conducting receptions, events, congresses, and public events of the Cantonal Council of Zurich
- Operational support of events on site as well as coordination of all internal and external participants
- Preparation, organization, and if necessary, accompaniment of delegation trips

What you bring:
You have experience in event management or a similar role and possess strong organizational talent as well as a high service orientation. You communicate clearly, work reliably, and keep an overview even in dynamic situations. An open demeanor, friendliness, and discretion in handling confidential information are a matter of course for you. Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours complete your profile.
