Certas is the Swiss specialist in professional alarm management. In our three alarm and dispatch centers (Zurich, Lausanne, and Lugano), qualified employees monitor messages of all kinds from alarm or technical systems. In the centers, our staff ensure that in case of emergency, the necessary measures are taken in a minimum amount of time and that the appropriate people can intervene.
