Workshop & Plant Maintenance Manager

Düring Schweiz AG is an innovative and specialized company in the field of recycling and transport with over 100 employees. We are looking for an independent, responsible, and team-oriented mechanic with a federal diploma and further training at the Ebikon location.

• Planning maintenance activities
• Ensures the constant readiness of the vehicle, container, and machinery fleet as well as their modernization, as well as our sorting plants and the waste wood shredder system
• Ensures that the vehicles comply with applicable legal regulations
• Plans and monitors the inspection of testing equipment
• Plans the maintenance of buildings and the workshop yard
• Is responsible for all devices and machines listed in maintenance
• Procures spare parts and workshop aids
• Material orders for workshop consumables
• Evaluation and procurement of trucks & construction machinery
• Coordinates external workshop orders
• Maintenance contract & creditor verification
• Team leadership & development

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Technical apprenticeship and commercial further training are required
• Leadership experience
• Friendly personality
• Well-groomed appearance
• Good communication skills
• Forklift and aerial work platform certification
• Driver's license C is an advantage
• Knowledge of recycling processes and processing plants
• IT user skills (Office, MS365, etc.)
