As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Store Manager for our subsidiary Groupe SEB Retailing for the Home & Cook store located in Romans (26).

Your missions if you join us:
Commercial management and sales development:
- Analyze performance indicators and adjust actions to maximize sales.
- Implement innovative sales strategies to achieve commercial objectives.
- Organize captivating commercial events that highlight our products and build customer loyalty.
Team management:
- You manage a team of 5 people daily and support your collaborators in achieving set goals.
- You know how to develop your team's skills.
- You create a stimulating work environment where each collaborator can thrive and contribute to the store's success.
- You recruit, train, and motivate tomorrow's sales advisors who share your passion for excellence.
Operational management of the point of sale:
- Ensure the impeccable presentation of the store and the showcasing of our products.
- Ensure effective stock management and optimize the product assortment.
Customer relations and loyalty:
- Offer an unforgettable customer experience thanks to in-depth knowledge of our products and a personalized approach.
- Embody and convey our brand values to build a relationship of trust and proximity with our customers.
Reporting and communication:
- Provide detailed and regular reports on store performance.
- Be the privileged contact point between regional management and your team.
Bring your skills:
- With a background in Sales or Commerce (minimum Bac +2), you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar retail position.
- Your commercial sense and passion for customer relations make you an outstanding salesperson.
- A manager at heart, you know how to inspire, lead, and develop a team.
- You are familiar with the use of IT and office tools (especially Excel).
- Organized, autonomous, and proactive, you are capable of managing priorities and making strategic decisions.
- Your dynamism, enthusiasm, and commitment are the keys to your success within our group.

- Initial exchange with recruitment and human resources teams.
- Then meeting with the Retail Network Manager followed by the Retail Network Director France.
