• You are the face of our service department externally and actively represent Cpro Industry to customers.
• You take responsibility for the care and further development of existing customer relationships.
• You coordinate service deployments and ensure smooth execution of operational tasks in the SAP environment.
• You regularly conduct customer appointments – on-site and remote – and identify potential for optimizing and expanding our services.
• You work closely with our consultants and project teams and directly contribute your expertise to the systems.
