Inside Sales Representative, ADC French speaking

For our Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) team in Baar, we are looking immediately for an independent, communicative, and positive personality as
Inside Sales Representative
Sales, promotion, and training on Abbott products as an Abbott Telesales representative, in compliance with legal frameworks and internal guidelines (Code of Conduct).
Achieving or exceeding defined sales targets and market shares, as well as promoting profitable growth.
Main responsibilities :
- Remote sales of the ADC portfolio, as well as preparation and implementation of new technologies
- Implementation of sales and marketing strategies to achieve defined business objectives
- Acquisition of new customers for the ADC product range and regular contact with customers according to defined objectives
- Timely reporting in the CRM system
- Accurate and timely execution of all administrative tasks (e.g., participation in team meetings and teleconferences, email communication, documentation in CRM, etc.)
- Expense accounting, active communication with hierarchy and colleagues
- Conducting sales analyses, defining sales potentials, customer classification
- Planning, organizing, and conducting device training (for patients, healthcare staff, and doctors)
- Implementation of country-specific commercial projects within deadlines
- Collecting market competitor information
- Providing services and information to target customers in accordance with sales and marketing strategies
Required profile :
- Completed schooling or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in French, good knowledge of English; German is an asset
- Experience in telesales or as a sales representative
- Certified participation in sales training
- Experience using MS Office
- Several years of practical experience in sales and/or telemarketing
- Good understanding of customer needs
- Excellent communication skills
- High flexibility and excellent listening skills
