Contract: Fixed-term – 6-8 months
As a Dedicated Project Manager for the opening and operation of a pop-up store, you are the project focal point, centralizing information and acting as the reference person for the various stakeholders. You will be responsible for the successful execution of the project, from its design to its closure, and will participate in the creation and monitoring of the point of sale activation plan, in collaboration with our internal teams and external partners .
1. Project Management – upstream phase:
Manage the overall retroplanning (concept, works, layout, recruitment, training, communication, visual merchandising, animation)
Participate in coordinating internal stakeholders (logistics, retail operations, IT, finance, security, marketing, visual merchandising, learning).
Monitor and support, with the help of Store planning, the agencies and/or companies responsible for the layout works .
Ensure budget tracking within allocated envelopes and report to management
2. Store launch & operation:
In partnership with local and regional Retail Operations, ensure a smooth opening: IT equipment, store procedures, logistics, product reception and storage
Be the main contact point for the store team on operational matters
Support the deployment of in-store services: appointment booking, store hotline, alterations…
3. Customer Engagement
With local Marketing: participate in developing a customer activation calendar (collection events and brand experiences by defining needs and objectives)
Actively work on setting up store events from brief creation, cross-expertise orchestration (press, learning, VM…) to all production follow-up .
Analyze event results and share reports with local and regional teams
4. Project closure:
Orchestrate store closure: logistics, dismantling, end of supplier contracts…
Write a post-mortem report and recommendations.
Profile sought:
Master’s degree in project management, marketing, or equivalent.
3 to 6 years of experience in retail project management and/or event management, ideally in the luxury or premium sector.
Strong understanding of Retail and operational challenges.
Excellent organization, ability to prioritize, rigor.
Good interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and service orientation.
Passion for fieldwork, coordination, and demanding environments.
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; German is a real plus.
