You are a trained social pedagogue HF/FH and want to make a bigger impact? You don’t just want to accompany, but also shape, decide, and take responsibility?
For our residential groups Lindenberg 2 and Rothorn 4 in Emmen, we are looking for leaders who want to make a difference. In this role, you actively shape the quality and culture in the daily life of the residential group and take on the leadership of your team.

What you bring
- Training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or comparable qualification
- Leadership experience or the motivation and willingness to complete leadership training
- Flexibility, resilience, patience as well as the will and ability to make a difference
- Good administrative skills and PC knowledge
- A sense of humor
What to expect
- Leading a team of 11 to 15 employees
- Responsibility for the quality of service delivery and team development
- Responsibility for the people entrusted to you
- Accompanying and caring for residents with special needs and implementing individual service programs
- Mostly regular working hours
