For our residential groups Lindenberg 2 and Rothorn 4 in Emmen, we are looking for leaders who want to make a difference. In this role, you actively shape the quality and culture in the daily life of the residential group and take on the leadership of your team.

What you bring

• Training as a social pedagogue HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Leadership experience or the motivation and willingness to complete leadership training
• Flexibility, resilience, patience as well as the will and ability to make a difference
• Good administrative skills and PC knowledge
• A sense of humor

What to expect

• Leading a team of 11 to 15 employees
• Responsibility for the quality of service delivery and team development
• Responsibility for the people entrusted to you
• Accompanying and caring for residents with special needs and implementing individual service programs
• Mostly regular working hours
