The Bruggwiesen Retirement and Nursing Center in Effretikon offers a home to around 167 people in the third and fourth phases of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. Our modern center with AÜP and long-term care units, a day clinic, and an external living group offers space for different living arrangements and various specialized care and support services. In total, we employ around 270 staff members.On 01.07.2026, we will switch from BESA to RAI LTCF.

RAI Expert / RAI Experts 50-60%

• Ensuring the compliant use of the recording system according to specifications
• Random checks of the care-supported documentation process in the facility
• Control of the traceability of care-related coding based on existing documentation
• Coaching and guidance of staff involved in the care process
• Conducting health insurance audits
• Conducting internal training on relevant care recording topics

• Completed training as a RAI-LTCF expert
• Tertiary education FH or HF with recognized nursing qualification
• Extensive practical experience in the application of the RAI system
• Fluent German spoken and written
• Advanced user skills in MS Office programs
• Precise, independent, and methodical approach
• Strong initiative and high conscientiousness
• SVEB certificate for adult education is an advantage

• High personal responsibility with creative freedom
• A competent, committed, and cheerful team with great cohesion
• Support in acquiring new professional skills and very good training opportunities (90% of costs covered, 100% of working time)
• We cover 60% of the contributions to your pension fund and fully cover the costs for daily sickness allowance insurance
• 25 days of vacation for everyone, 30 days from the age of 50, and 35 days from the 60th year
