Physiotherapist in the Women-Mother-Child Department
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a physiotherapist at a 60% activity rate for a fixed-term contract from 01.01.26 to 30.06.26 for our Women-Mother-Child Department (DFME).
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Women-Mother-Child Department (DFME) brings together the Gynecology, Obstetrics, Neonatology, Pediatrics, and Child and Adolescent Surgery Services. More than 1,500 professionals work within this department. We care for women throughout their lives on gynecological, obstetrical, and psychosocial levels, as well as children from birth to adolescence.
Mission
- You perform therapeutic physiotherapy activities in the various sectors covered by the team within the pediatrics service, including hospitalization, intensive care, continuous care, recovery room, emergency, and outpatient sector, as well as in the fields of gynecology and maternity (pre- and post-partum)
- You ensure activity with irregular hours (day, evening, night, weekend) serving the entire department.
Depending on profile, the salary class will be between levels 8 and 9.
Profile
- You hold a HES Physiotherapist Diploma (or a title deemed equivalent as well as Red Cross Recognition, mandatory)
- You have authorization to practice in the Canton of Vaud or have submitted an application
- You have experience or wish to gain experience in pediatric physiotherapy
- You are dynamic, have organizational skills, rigor, and adaptability
- You enjoy working in a team.
