Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary 80-100% (f, m, d) in Zug
For our Chairman of the Board, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as an Executive Secretary by arrangement. Your responsibilities
- Coordination and organization of board meetings, general meetings, and offsites
- Minute-taking at board meetings, general meetings, and offsites
- Collaboration on mandates and their invoicing
- Assistance in preparing offers as well as maintenance and tracking in MS Dynamics (sales tool)
- Support of a country desk in the area of business development
- Writing correspondence, memos, and travel reports from dictation
- Support of the site manager in Zug
- Interface function to external service providers
- Participation in projects
- Submitting and approving creditor invoices
- Responsibility for the Kendris intranet (site ownership)
What you bring with you
Professionally you bring:
- Several years of experience in a comparable assistant function at executive management or board level
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally MS Dynamics
Personally you convince by:
- A high service orientation and initiative
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
