About the job
Your tasks:
You ensure that Switzerland is optimally connected – with reliable and high-quality fiber optic networks. You take on the complete technical implementation of our projects: from the installation of fiber optic infrastructures to inspecting and testing buildings and data centers, to troubleshooting at our customers.
You act as a specialist and resolve faults directly at the customer – quickly, competently, and solution-oriented. Your careful working style contributes to high customer satisfaction. You advise our customers on technical questions. You plan your assignments in close coordination with the service technician coordinator and ensure that all projects are completed on time and professionally.
Your profile:
• Young and curious personality with completed training as an Electronics Installer EFZ or equivalent
• Organizational skills and independence
• High communication skills
• Good PC skills (MS Office)
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel readiness
• Driver's license category B and impeccable character (criminal record extract will be requested)
