Residential Area Manager 100%.
Your Tasks
- You contribute to ensuring that our residents/pensioners enjoy professional care and support daily at Giesserei
- You advise and accompany our residents/pensioners and their relatives with a lot of heart and empathy
- You independently maintain care documentation and create the daily individual care plan
- You actively participate in the daily care of our residents/pensioners and support the care team, office share approx. 50% / care approx. 50%
- Willingness to support our team also during off-peak times (weekend and night shifts)
- You work interdisciplinarily with doctors, health insurance companies, and other healthcare institutions
- Leading the care team (task distribution, coordination and control of delegated tasks, personnel deployment planning)
What You Bring
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional (HF, AKP, DNII, PSYKP)
- Experience in geriatrics
- Leadership experience and completed leadership training
- You are used to working independently and can handle the daily challenges that nursing brings
- Structured working is your strength and organizing and managing everyday life efficiently is not a big challenge for you
- Very good oral and written German skills
- You have good PC skills and find working on the computer easy
