Within the Operations Department, you assist the Watchmaking Supply Chain team of the WFJ division
As such, your mission revolves around the following activities:
Coordination of Downstream Supply Chain activities for finished products in the Watchmaking segment:
- Participate in various meetings with the regions: Touchbase, Demand review, Assort review, and be the privileged point of contact for the markets.
- Monitor and analyze the adjustment of stock targets in the markets
- Understand and challenge stock targets in connection with the Machine Learning teams and the markets
- Ensure the weekly distribution of permanent products and launches
Coordination of Upstream Supply Chain activities for finished products:
- Monitor the finished products order portfolio, and challenge the production plan according to market needs
- Coordinate needs and assist in production planning
- Participate in updating, creating, and analyzing the Division's Supply Chain activity PowerBI KPIs
Project management:
- Alongside operational monitoring, you may be required to:
- Implement relevant KPIs under Power BI.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes in synergy with the Watchmaking Supply Chain team
- Participate in Distribution Planning processes at the global level for the scope of finished watch products, and in improving existing Anaplan tools
Profile:
Engineering student (Master), you have knowledge and interest in Supply Chain, a first experience in a company where you were able to highlight your mastery of IT tools (Excel and VBA, Power BI, ERP, Anaplan) is a real plus.
You have a taste for problem solving and possess strong analytical skills. You are recognized for your rigor, perseverance, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills.
You speak and write English fluently.
Job conditions:
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
- The internship must be planned within your course of study.
- The internship must be necessary for obtaining the degree.
- The internship must be validated by the awarding of study credits.

- Contract: full-time internship (100%) and on-site
- Start: End of June 2026
- Duration: 6 months
- Working days: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
