Tasks

You

– are responsible for the operational management of the Chollerhalle and ensure smooth processes together with the team.

– implement the strategic goals in the areas of culture, program design, and corporate events in collaboration with the department heads and the board.

– are responsible for budget compliance and financial reporting for events and concerts.

– lead the existing team of independently working department heads with clarity, respect, and trust.

– are our contact for organizers, partners, authorities, and the public – our face to the outside.

– maintain regular communication with the board and bring the operational perspective into strategic processes.

Requirements

– Several years of experience and networking in the above-mentioned areas.

– Willingness to work irregular hours, especially at concerts and events.

– A strong network in the culture and music scene of Central Switzerland.

– Solid business management knowledge, especially in the areas of culture and events.

– Experience with subsidy agreements.

– Flexible, resilient, and a team player.

– Strong leadership with sensitivity and humor.

– Confident German skills as well as good English skills.
