Your impact
- Verify compliance with financial regulations (corporate governance, internal organization rules, AML, and conduct rules) in the banking sector, securities trading, and collective investment schemes.
- Assist and advise financial intermediaries in authorization procedures with supervisory authorities or self-regulatory organizations.
- Lead special missions aimed at determining the existence of a regulatory obligation or remedying situations of violations of current regulations.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of a wide range of clients.
- Join an active and diverse team in a rapidly developing sector.
Your skills
- Hold a master's degree in law or economics and law (MDE) / a diploma in compliance management is an asset.
- Initial experience in the field is an asset.
- Fluent in French and have a good command of English.
- Demonstrate the ability to innovate, enjoy working in a team, and be client-facing.
- Possess excellent synthesis and analytical skills, as well as good negotiation sense.
