Lausanne - Mechanic / Delivery Driver for Sports and Fitness Equipment 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks:
Thanks to your specialized knowledge, you provide technical sales support.
- Delivery and assembly of fitness equipment at customers' premises
- Route planning
- Diagnosis and repair of defective devices
- Handling technical complaints (phone and email)
- Management of the after-sales service process, ordering and tracking spare parts
- General manual work in the showroom and warehouse
Requirements:
- Technical training
- Experience in repairing mechanical and electrical devices
- Comfortable with manual work and able to carry heavy loads
- Customer-oriented and interested in fitness equipment
- Good command of French; knowledge of German or English is a plus
- Driver's license
- Good computer skills
- Team spirit, flexibility, willingness to learn, openness to new things
- Good physical and mental endurance
