Your responsibilities
As a service technician in sun protection in the Neuchâtel - North Vaud - Fribourg region
, you are responsible for our private customers, the maintenance and repair of all our products. This includes the following activities:
- Maintenance and servicing work on our entire range of blinds products
- Planning and independent execution of all types of repairs
- Thorough and professional execution of assigned tasks
- Reporting to the service manager
- Installation of our new replacement products
- Ensuring on-call service by team rotation

Your profile
- Complete training as a polybuilder, blind fitter, sun protection installer or comparable basic technical training
- Experience in the field of blinds or construction
- Independent worker, diligent, competent in their field, solution-oriented
- Respectful, reliable and neat appearance
- Strong customer service orientation, good communication skills and native French language
- Willingness to work seasonally according to different work schedule models
- Category B driving license required
