At ISS Switzerland, people are at the center – and as a HR Consultant (a), you become the driving force behind our HR services. You advise our managers and employees with expertise, empathy, and pragmatism – ensuring that HR not only works but inspires.

Your main tasks:

• Comprehensive consulting and support of the line in the HR lifecycle – from entry to exit
• Recruitment of specialists and executives in a dynamic environment
• Confident support of personnel discussions and assistance with disciplinary matters
• Ensuring efficient administrative processes 
• Expert advice on labor and social security law issues
• Close cooperation with the Service Center Payroll, Health, and Case Management
• Implementation of our HR strategy and promotion of a positive corporate culture

Your profile:

• Completed training with HR further education (e.g., federal HR specialist certificate or ambitious HR assistant, etc.)
• Several years of practical experience in HR, ideally in consulting and recruitment
• Solid knowledge of labor and social security law, applied practically
• Fluent German skills, any additional language is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational talent, and composure – even when things get hectic
• You think along, take initiative, and bring positive energy to the team
