• Ensuring the daily financial operations
• Management of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers (financial, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounting)
• Ensuring invoicing as well as dunning and debt collection processes
• Preparation and execution of weekly payment runs
• Management of fixed asset accounting and participation in the planning and execution of investments
• Preparation of periodic financial statements according to group guidelines, SWISS GAAP FER and OR, including reporting
• Preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations
• Preparation of key figures and analyses
• Assistance in budget preparation and medium-term planning
• Participation in projects for the digitization and optimization of financial processes

• Commercial basic training with further education in finance or fiduciary services (federal specialist certificate or in training)
• Several years of professional experience in finance & accounting
• Solid knowledge in financial statement preparation according to SWISS GAAP FER and Swiss Code of Obligations
• Proficient use of ERP systems and very good Excel skills
• Precise, independent, and reliable working style
• Team-oriented and committed personality with a strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to travel to the Halag Chemie AG location in Aadorf TG
