Le/La technicien(ne) de laboratoire sera chargé/e d’exécuter les essais de synthèse complexes de manière autonome, de mettre en place les méthodes analytiques simples sous la supervision du chimiste ou du laborantin(e) analytique. La gestion des projets simples ainsi que la supervision des apprentis ou stagiaires fera également partie intégrante de son poste.

Le/La technicien(ne) de laboratoire sera chargé/e d’exécuter les essais de synthèse complexes de manière autonome, de mettre en place les méthodes analytiques simples sous la supervision du chimiste ou du laborantin(e) analytique. La gestion des projets simples ainsi que la supervision des apprentis ou stagiaires fera également partie intégrante de son poste.
Responsabilités
- Effectuer les essais de synthèse complexes (et analyses de routine) selon les objectifs donnés. Interpréter les résultats des essais et proposer les conclusions et/ou la suite des essais à effectuer.
- Développement / optimisation de procédures de laboratoire.
- Gérer les procédures et connaitre les méthodes analytiques liées aux procédés existants.
- Soutenir les procédés en production, le développement des procédés et les nouvelles voies de synthèse.
- Maitriser et utiliser plusieurs appareillages spécifiques selon organisation du laboratoire. Prendre la responsabilité du bon fonctionnement et du service de ces appareils.
- Assurer la connaissance des risques HSEQ et respecter les règles HSEQ liés à l’activité.
- Exécuter les travaux de manière efficiente, en utilisant les appareillages de manière adéquate.
- Garantir que tous les résultats d’expérience, journaux de laboratoire, rapports d’essais soient structurés, bien écrits et à jour.
- Identifier les modifications/ améliorations des procédures de laboratoire.
- Garantir l’organisation de la place de travail (chapelle, tables de laboratoire, bureau) de manière propre et sûre.

Qualifications
- Apprentissage de laborantin(e) avec CFC (ou équivalent) et avec une expérience d’un minimum de 3 ans.
- Connaissance approfondie de plusieurs types de réactions, techniques de laboratoire et de purification.
- Maîtrise de la manipulation sûre et efficace des appareillages utilisés.
- Bonne capacité de rédactions de rapports.
- Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques en usage dans le laboratoire.
- Français courant et connaissances de l’anglais un atout.
