Role description
Young Adults Unit:
The new unit for young adults aged 17 to 25 ensures continuity between child psychiatry and adult psychiatry. It meets the specific needs of this age group, particularly vulnerable to psychiatric disorders, and offers group activities and adapted mediation spaces.
- Ensure psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up of an outpatient clientele
- Possibility to conduct individual, family, and group follow-ups
- Participate in unit meetings and general thematic meetings
- Participate in the development and implementation of care programs developed within the Center
Your profile
- Specialist title in child psychiatry, with authorization to practice in the canton of Vaud or meeting the criteria for obtaining it.
- Experience in child psychiatry or hospital or outpatient psychiatry (minimum three years)
- Interest in working in a multidisciplinary team
- Competence in conducting interviews
- Ability to work independently and also within teams
