• Professional and timely processing of samples – from sample preparation to validation, interpretation, and release of results
• Conducting medical laboratory analyses and quality controls according to applicable quality and safety standards
• Operation, maintenance, and calibration of complex laboratory equipment and analysis systems according to SOPs
• Participation in the validation and verification of new devices, methods, and procedures
• Active contribution to smooth laboratory operations through close interprofessional collaboration as well as organizational and administrative tasks 

• Completed training as a Biomedical Analyst HF, in Biomedical Laboratory Diagnostics FH, or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Initial professional experience in a laboratory environment is an advantage
• Precise, structured, and quality-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Technical understanding as well as confidence in handling laboratory-specific methods, processes, and equipment
