Your tasks
- Planning, management, implementation, and coordination of changes as well as subprojects on digital platform solutions (e.g., AEW customer portal)
- Professional support of the specialist departments in the strategic further development of online business processes, functions, and applications through consulting and support
- Development and expansion of business processes with a high degree of automation and digitization
- Development of business requirements in coordination with business managers, external and internal customers, IT service providers, and suppliers for implementation
- Organizing regular workshops with consultants, suppliers, and participation communities of AEW Energie AG to benefit and strengthen synergies of our ecosystem
- Conducting and leading tests as well as training users
- Responsible for analyzing IT and system errors on the platforms to be supported with the Business Application Manager as 1st-level support as well as independently resolving or forwarding to 2nd-level support
Your profile
- Completed advanced vocational training or university degree in a technical field or an equivalent qualification
- Intrinsically motivated personality
- Communicative and connecting personality with high social skills
- Structured and organized way of working
- Networked and customer-centered thinking as well as pronounced analytical skills
- High methodological competence in business IT projects and end-to-end business processes as well as experience in project management
- Knowledge and practical experience with processes, online platform environments, and in the SAP environment are desirable
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
