Job Description
Supporting the Software Asset Manager, you will work on the management, reliability, and optimization of software assets via ServiceNow SAM.
Your main objective:
Ensure compliant, reliable, and optimized management of software licenses, serving performance and risk control.
As a SAM, you will have a transversal and strategic role:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of license data in the SAM tool
- Manage the complete lifecycle of software licenses
- Reduce publisher non-compliance risks and prepare audits
- Optimize license usage and identify savings opportunities
- Handle user requests within expected deadlines
- Produce reliable and actionable SAM reporting for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Asset Management
- Mastery of the software license lifecycle management
- Use of a SAM tool: ServiceNow SAM
- High rigor, precision, and ability to manage large volumes of data
- Mastery of the software license lifecycle management
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Swiss resident
